I discussed a master's thesis at the Faculty of law and political science: criminal confrontation for violation of the privacy of exam questions. The thesis presented by researcher Noor Mohammed Ahmed aimed to analyze and evaluate the criminal legal texts related to combating the violation of the privacy of exam questions, and identify the legal bases relied on by the legislator to criminalize these acts through the study of local legislation. The letter concluded with the weakness of the current legislation, although the decision of the dissolved Revolutionary Command Council no.year 1996, criminalized this act, but it is not deterred and insufficient to face modern technological developments that contributed to the increase in crimes arising from violating the privacy of exam questions.
