A new scientific author has been published for my teaching at the Faculty of law and political science at the University of Kirkuk, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Samir Mohammed, in partnership with researcher Joan Abdul Ghani Ali, entitled: The role of the principle of public order in civil litigation law/ comparative study of the year ٢٠٢٤. About the Academic Center for publishing and distribution/ Arab Republic of Egypt, and the library of Arab studies for publishing and distribution /Sultanate of Oman, the teacher recalled that the author addressed the importance of the principle of procedural public order in judicial litigation, as judicial procedures vary at each stage of civil proceedings, and there are multiple persons involved in these procedures, and the principle of public order aims to preserve the public interest by providing protection and binding for the rights and legal centers attacked.
