The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine held a seminar on the role of the environment and energy in achieving sustainable development in the presence of the dean of the faculty, faculty and associates .

The seminar included a lecture by M.Abbas Najmuddin Saleh touched upon achieving a balance between human needs on the one hand and the preservation of natural resources on the other hand to reduce environmental pollution.

The workshop recommended the adoption of green economy mechanisms through the shift towards the use of solar and wind energy and the participation of universities and research centers in policies to support the development of indicators to monitor the transition to a green economy.
