Under the slogan "with talents, we rise", with the participation of the assistant president of the university for scientific affairs, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abd Ibrahim Al-Obeidi, a number of deans of faculties, and the director of the Department of Internal Affairs at the University of Kirkuk, the internal departments organized a cultural and artistic festival with the participation of university employees and students. Dr. Ahmed Al-Obeidi explained that the university is keen to hold such exhibitions for students to develop their abilities and motivate them to develop the technical aspect of their talents, appreciating the efforts made to make the exhibition a success.
