The University of Kirkuk organizes a workshop on coding system

Under the supervision and presence of the Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abd Ibrahim Al-Obeidi, the University of Kirkuk organized a workshop on the coding system for the academic year 2022/2023, with the participation of assistant deans for scientific affairs, directors of scientific affairs and registration departments and the Calculator Center at the university, and directors of the Registration and Websites Division in colleges.Dr. Ahmed Al-Obaidi stressed the importance of adhering to the instructions issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research regarding the coding system, and creating a university number for each student within his college and stage of study to be approved in the databases of electronic systems for student data and their academic paths.The workshop included a lecture in which the director of the website, Eng. Ahmed Hashim Hussein, explained the mechanism of the coding system, as the student is given a university number for the first time when registering in the college, and keeps it in the databases, as well as the possibility of adding the number in paper documents and printing the number in the student's ID.The Director of Registration and Student Affairs, Aako Saleh Saeed, said, "The workshop discussed unifying the data of the first three students, merging the graduates' sequences for the morning and evening studies for the academic year 2022/2023, as well as discussing admission plans for evening studies, and announcing the second batch for students admitted to evening studies in a number of of the colleges of the university.reg1
