The Higher Scientific Innovations Committee at the University of Kirkuk conducted tests for talented students in the scientific, literary and artistic fields in accordance with the standards applicable in ministerial competitions.The head of the Higher Scientific Innovations Committee at the University of Kirkuk, Assistant Professor Dr. Mohsen Hamad Edham, explained that the committee consists of the membership of a number of faculty members in order to display their talents in the festival to be held to honor them.The Scientific Innovations Committee is one of the important committees at the university, which consists of the presidency and membership of a number of qualified teachers and is responsible for revealing students’ talents in the scientific, literary and artistic aspects.
